Just about a month after launching their new Mini 110 netbook HP reduced the price of the Linux edition running HP Mobile Internet by US $30 from an initial price of $279.99 to $249.99*.

$249.99* is the price for the base configuration of the netbook, which includes the following hard- and software components:

  • HP Mobile internet (Mi) software built on Linux
  • Processor: Intel(R) Atom(TM) Processor N270 (1.60GHz, 512KB L2, 533Mhz FSB)
  • RAM: 1GB DDR2 System Memory (1 Dimm)
  • Hard drive: 8GB (Solid State Drive Flash Module)
  • Graphics card: Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator 950 with a 5-in-1 Digital Media slot
  • Display: 10.1" diagonal SD LED Anti-glare Widescreen Display (1024 x 576)
  • Networking: Wireless-G Card
  • Keyboard: HP Color Matching Keyboard
  • Primary battery: 3 Cell Lithium Ion Battery
