The EFIKA MX Smartbook by Genesi is a small and light portable computer targeted at developers and experienced users. It has a 10.1" LED backlight TFT-LCD screen and is powered by a 800MHz Freescale i.MX515 processor.
The EFIKA MX is equippd with 512MB RAM, a 16GB Nand Flash drive, a 3D graphics processing unit, multi-format HD video decoder and D1 video encoder, built-in 1.3MP video camera, microphone, and stereo speakers, 2 x USB 2.0 ports, internal MicroSD slot, a 3‐cell battery and worldwide AC adapter, and features support for 802.11 b/g/n WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR.
The EFIKA Smartbook ships with a derivative of Ubuntu Maverick (10.10) pre-installed with an optimized Linux kernel version 188.8.131.52. It is currently offered for
