The Hisense Chromebook C11 is a laptop with a 11.6-inch screen powered by a quad-core Rockchip RK3288 Coretex-A17 processor clocked at 1.8 GHz. It comes with 2 GB RAM, 16 GB eMMC storage, 1 x HDMI and 2 x USB 2.0 ports, Micro SD card slot, Wireless LAN a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth and offers up to 8.5 hours of battery life.
The Hisense Chromebook C11 was released for sale in May 2015 and offered for an initial price of US $149, which makes it the cheapest Chromebook together with the Haier Chromebook I'm aware of.
The Hisense laptop specs I found online differed in some aspects including the product dimensions and the flash storage type. I think the ones listed here are correct, but when in doubt ask the seller before you buy a product.
