More than 2 years after releasing the Agora Netbook PRO Australian company Kogan Technologies releases a successor, the 11.6 inch Kogan Agora Laptop, expected to ship at the end of may 2011.

The Agora laptop is equipped with a 1.2 GHz Intel Celeron M ULV processor (SU2300), 1GB DDR2 RAM, a 250GB hard drive, a 1.3MP webcam, built in Bluetooth, Ethernet, and WiFi 802.11 B/G/N support, a 3-in-1 (SD/MMC/MS Pro) card reader, 3 USB ports, and a 4 cell 4600mAh battery.

The 11.6" WXGA Widescreen HD LED Display offers a maximum resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels and the laptop comes with a 78 keys full-sized, ergonomic chiclet keyboard.

The Kogan Agora Laptop comes with the upcoming Ubuntu 11.04 (Natty Narwhal) release pre-installed and includes software packages for photo, video and music sharing and editing, as well as LibreOffice, Skype, and the usual suspects.

The regular start price of the laptop is AUS $349 (about US $366), it is expected to ship May 27th 2011. If you order it now at the Kogan shop (page was removed), well before it is ready to be dispatched, it's available for a LivePrice of about AUS $300, of course delivery costs come on top.
