So I Launched the Teespring Campaign: I Chose Freedom Linux

Update: This campaign ended, for current offers related to Linux and Open Source check out the FOSS store on Teespring and the shirt gallery.

You've all read and heard about software patents, lawsuits and billion dollar fines. What annoys me most about all that is the fear, uncertainty and doubt on the part of the people creating and using technology.

I chose Linux because of the freedom it gives me. It enables me to do what I want and need to very well. Other people prefer Windows or OSX, that's ok.

What's not okay are companies that build up monopolies by destroying competitors, ripping off customers and condemning freedom of choice. I don't want a single company to decide what I may or may not do with my computer, phone or whatever.

I think it's important to let others know that you care about freedom, so I created the I chose freedom Linux (ended) campaign.
