Linus Sebastian of NCIX Tech Tips briefly introduces LG's new X120 netbook, which is soon to be released. Some of the highlights of this device are the keyboard layout which is one of the best Linus has ever seen on a netbook with well positioned arrow keys away from the other keys and two full size SHIFT keys and speakers that don't totally suck. The latter is certainly an advantage if you want to listen to music on your netbook.
To take a closer look at the guts of the LG X120 check out Linus blog post for more insights and some photos on the disassembled netbook.
The LG X120 features a Smart On power button which boots a Splashtop powered operating system in a few seconds that allows for quick Internet access and comes with applications like Firefox and Pidgin. Splashtop is an instant on commercial Linux distribution.
