Q and A about the Samsung Chromebook 2

The Samsung Product Support TV featured the new Samsung Chromebook 2 this week. The first episode of a 3-video series was basically an introduction of the show format and the Chrome operating system.

The second video was a Q&A session with a Samsung product expert, who was supposed to answer questions posted by prospective buyers on Facebook and Youtube. Unfortunately, the user response wasn't overwhelming so the show host asked a few questions himself and so topics like apps with offline support, working with MS Office files, and keyboard shortcuts get covered.

The third and so far most interesting video answers questions asked after the Live Q&A session. For example how the Samsung Chromebook 2 compares to its predecessor. Two major differences being the new more powerful and energy efficient octo-core processor and 4GB of RAM, i. e. double the amount. The video also provides information on the display, keyboard and how to synchronize other devices.
