In this 5-minute video Tony Wang reviews the Toshiba CB35-A3120 Chromebook for the Before You Buy show on the TWiT Network. The biggest obvious difference to the other Chromebooks covered before is the 13.3 inch screen. The rest of the hardware specs is pretty standard for newer Chromebooks.
Due to its bigger size there is more space for the battery, which offers up to 9 hours of usage, certainly a plus. Tony and Leo Laporte also mention some of the pros of Chrome OS, but also point out that it's a device for basic users, who use Google's service ecosystem anyway.
One more interesting point Tony brings up is the 100 GB free Google Drive storage. Apparently you get to keep what you use in the 1st 2 years of free use, you just cannot add more data after that period, if you don't pay for it. Still, I think this offer only makes sense to those who are ready to pay for the service later.
Anyway, for Tony this counts as a pro, as does the keyboard and the price, whereas he grades the display, Chrome OS and not having an option for more than 16 GB SSD as cons. In his conclusion the Toshiba CB35-A3120 is a buy, so the pros outweigh the cons in his opinion.
